Anymore truely unique themes?

I'm looking for themes that go beyond reskinned app icons, etc. The same basic pattern gets boring. After seeing the new Windows 7 Theme, I was curious if there was anything else out there that really changed things up? Would love to see what's available!

I think its like 2.75 in cydia? Ive had it since it came out so I don't remember. It's one of the only full themes that doesn't mess up the iPod playback screen
