I have been not been able to sync anything to MobileMe ... iMac at home, or work computer on Exchange. I have tried everything I can think of (the only thing that I've been able to do is get MM to push new contacts to my Exchange work computer, but no other syncing has happened).

Also, for the last two days, if I add a new contact or calendar entry in MM via the Web interface, MM deletes it immediately.

Have seen lots of posts here with similar issues, but wondering if anyone has actually gotten this resolved. If so, what's your secret?

I have been on the chat support with apple for over 30 minutes. there is a box open in my safari browser that says someone will be with me in 2 minutes, wait, 3 minutes, now 2 minutes, now 1 minute... this has been happening for over 30 minutes. i am not impressed.

I was having all kinds of problems - iCal wouldn't sync, couldn't load anything through the iDisk etc. Have you checked to see if Back to My Mac is on and running ok - if it isn't that is probably the first part of your problem. Mine said it wasn't running because it needed uPnp enabled in the router, even though it was. I also read that there were problems with Keychain that might be preventing some of the MobileMe functions, so I rebooted my Mac using a clean system and found that I could transfer files using iDisk, even though I still couldn't on my own machine, even though it was running exactly the same system and version of Safari. I reran 10.5.4 updater etc. and it didn't make any difference. So - I decided to to a archive and install - for some reason it didn't take so I had to do a CLEAN install. Pain in the arse but there you go. Now, Back to My Mac is running, and all my functionality (apart from 'push'!) is there - iDisk uploads, calendar syncing both ways. Anyway, good luck trying to fix it - it might not be easy - got no help from Apple support - email just directed me to the standard help page - useless - and still no apology.
