Also do you guys find it practical to use a 27" display with the 16" MBP open as a dual screen, one above the other or do you end up looking at the 27" most of the time?

I use the MBP perhaps 80% of the time as a desktop. Better than using an iMac 20% of the time as a laptop ?

I'm more like 90% - I mean I barely use it as a laptop now that I work from home. But you're right - using an iMac in coach would not be ideal.

Yea I work from home too.

Sometimes I work from coffee shops though when I’m bored of staring at the same wall

It’s normal. I’m using the 14” MBP with a 27” 4k most of the time. I have a 27” studio display on order.

Same here, I'm always working from home so got it hooked to dual 4K displays! I do tend to get out my laptop once in a while to work in the couch and such!
