To start off I dont even know why Im doing this. I still do love my MacBook and the moo is actually pretty quiet so it doesnt even bother me. Only reason why I been calling AppleCare because I guess Im just wondering if they would even replace/fix the system (or just the fan anyways) at all.
Right now I have been calling AppleCare for awhile now and they do not admit it is a problem. I have been jumping through their hoops in the hope that at the end of this journey, just maybe they would replace the fan.
So basically this is what I have gone through...
-Talk to AppleCare Representative who forwarded me to a AppleCare specialist
-Talked to AppleCare Specialist who asked me to use Capture Data and email back data for engineer to look at
-Apple Product Specialist called back, saying the Engineer found nothing wrong.
-Product Specialist told me to reformat my system and only install Software Updates and see if it moos still. This is to determine if it is indeed a software or a hardware issue.
Now before I reformat I was wondering if anyone else has gone through these hoops and if there are any fruits at the end. Maybe I should just email back to him telling him that I did reformat and it still did?
On an interesting note, the person I was speaking to seems to know of this issue quite well and is actually working with quite a few people on this same issue. He spoke of at least two other people when he first was talking about someone other problem to me and when he mixed me up with someone else.
