Anyone else experiencing mail issues?

My mail is not coming in at regular intervals. When I try to retrieve it manually, it is constantly hanging. This includes "push" e-mail from MobileMe.

I haven't yet tried to restore my phone, so perhaps this is all it needs?

Wasn't the 1% affected JUST for MobileMe customers? Because I'm not getting any of my Gmail or regular POP mail from my websites either.
