I have a bad tendency on spending way too long to pick a wallpaper that I want to use on my iPad Pro , I know everyone has their own prefre from abstract too landscape, but a wallpaper I deemed a month ago to be ”the perfect one” generally lasts about 30 days till I go browsing for a new one !

Do you guys put any effort into finding a good wallpaper or am I just a crazy 29 years old man? 🤣

Rocking a black and white wallpaper for now !

Nope.

Been using same background on my Macs for 10+ years.

iOS devices, other than iPad, have had dark backgrounds, as they seem to be easier on my eyes. iPads have used an up-close picture I took of the mineral build-ups at Yellowstone's Mammoth Hot Springs (sorta fractal-ly pattern). But with dark mode, replaced that with a similar image I found that appears to be black volcanic sand ripples on a beach. And iPhone also changed to a new dark background that's even easier on the eyes than previous.

So, started using iOS in 2008, so basically one change in twelve years.

I like to change mine frequently--maybe once a week--based on favorite new photos taken, and sometimes I'll modify the photos in Waterlogue for wallpaper purposes. I find it a fun little activity.

I do get bored easily which means that I need to change the wallpaper from time to time. However I usually change them once a month. Sometimes longer, sometimes less.

I usually look for wallpapers in Unsplash.

As someone who loves anime (weeb), I change wallpaper based on which girl I’m loving right now. Last one used for like 5 months. The current one just changed 2 weeks ago.
Because I have to setup the same wallpaper on all devices (maybe excluding Mac), the wallpaper has to have very high resolution (larger than 1920*1080 ideally), so I have some room to zoom in and pick the best part. The one I use right now is 3000*4000.

I changed mine last week for the first time in who knows how long. Previously had some of the Apple wallpapers from iOS 9. They transferred with my backup when I switched to Mini 5 and I didn’t bother to change them.

I use to be in the deskmod community in the tiger and leopard time, which means themes for the OS, icons, docks, wallpapers, etc. It was a makeover almost everyday to match icons or themes. However, in recent years I just became more practical and choose one or a simple color and let it be there pretty much for months with no change. Same thing with my Mac and my phone

Funny enough, I'm pretty consistent with my iPad wallpaper. I change it up briefly from time to time, but I tend to always come back to the same one.

My iPhone, however... I change the wallpaper sometimes several times a day! I'm afraid I'm actually slightly OCD about it. I will set a certain background and be like, "Yes. This is perfect. This will always be my wallpaper." And then an hour later have the urge to use a different one. To a lesser extent I'm like that with cases too.

I don’t care much for the wallpapers. My present wallpaper has been on since at least a couple of years now.

Mostly used black as my wallpaper. However, on my computer I actually bought 1000+ images so I can have a new background on a daily basis. For whatever reason, I haven’t found an easy way to do this on my iPhone/iPad so black it is.

There just isn’t an easy way to set these 1000 images as wallpaper without uploading them to iCloud Photos first. :/
