Anyone else get a speed bump in Philadelphia on their 3G?

This morning when I was on Safari I noticed that my phone was loading the sites quicker than normal. I looked at my Speed Test app and instead of typically getting 900kbps-1.1Mbps for my 3G speed I was getting 1.7mbps-2.0mbps. Is this a possible cause of the 7.2mbps rollout or did AT&T just patch up the 3G around here?
