I've searched and couldn't find anything on this, but for the last 5 or so days I kept getting a weird "Error 112" saying my Netflix isn't available. I was gone all weekend and just came back to try it today, and it still didn't work.

After two hours of searching, I finally just gave up and did a restore via iTunes, and it somehow started working again. Nowhere in the Netflix troubleshooting page or the Apple forums did I find what the issue was, but I just wanted to see if anyone else got this weird error number

I was getting the same error on one of my appletvs and not the other. I unplugged it and plugged backed in and it's working now.

Unplugged it from the power source, right? You're not talking HDMI or router, I'm assuming. I guess I didn't try that before restoring, so that could have been the fix

I had the same issue today. I found that if i backed completely out of netflix, back to the main menu of ATV then re-enter netflix select my movie and start.
That fixed it.

I was getting this error on one of mine as well, and also didnt want to connect to my shared library in itunes. unplugged it and plugged it back in and it seemed to clear it up.

unplug, and wait 15 sec

Called netfilx and they said when you get this error, just unplug, wait about 15 sec. and re plug. The apple tv needs to reset

Check this out. I got the 112 error on my ATV last night, but only for one specific title. All the others in my queue worked fine. Netflix had me unplug my ATV which didn't work for me.

So I tried the same movie on my iPod Touch 4G, and lo and behold the same 112 error. I called Netflix back to make sure they report that anomaly to the network guys.

I should have mentioned the title streamed fine on my TiVo HD.

I get error 111 and 112 all the time, alternating between the two. I have to try and start each show 7-8 times before it will actually load. Sometimes it gets in a bad mood and takes a reset after 20+ error 111/112's. I figured it was a problem with my internet connection.

You might need to deactivate one of your machine and probably reached maximum of 6.

error 112

Just bought an Apple TV 2 yesterday.

I got the Error 112 on the screen after watching about 8 hours of shows.

As mentioned in the previous post, unplugging the unit and plugging it back
in fixed the problem.

Thanks

Im getting this same error for the movie "they live"

I tried the unplugging and that did not work

I get this error when trying to watch Season 2 Episode 11 of Dexter. Unplugging has not helped at all. Very frustrating......no other fix still?
