Anyone else getting massive battery drain since 10.3?

Yes, its mainly Music and Snapchat. However when battery drain occurs it shows Stand-by time the same as Usage time. This tells me the phone never 'rests' even when the screen is off. There is some bad code causing my iPhone to constantly stay awake and process something when asleep.
Since Background app refresh is disabled, I don't know if its due to a specific app, or due to the OS itself.
Background app refresh is not the same thing as apps running in the background. If you don't manually quit Snapchat, it will continue to run in the background. Most apps will continue to run in the background unless you close them, even with BAR off. Background refresh isn't exactly what you think it is.

Exactly the same problem for me. I came here just to see if anyone else was complaining. I'm struggling to make it to 6pm with a dead battery on a 7+.
The problem is its hard to isolate exactly what is causing the drain.
It doesn't show up in Battery Usage, as usage doesn't explain what is on when my phone is off.
I would have to try everything (disabling/enabling mail sync, location services/ GPS) it could literally be 1 out of 100 things

Just looked at my phone and the GPS indicator is solid white. Does that mean it's stuck? I only use Waze for mapping and close the app once i'm done using it.
As reported before in several other threads a weak signal will also drain your battery faster than when you have a strong signal or in an area where you can use Wifi calling.
Same usage and Stdby indicates an app is hung running. Check iCloud and maybe log it out and back in. Or turn off safari sync and things like that. Sometimes iCloud will hang or stick uploading pics etc and cause that issue. Also mail can cause the same issue. turn off mail acct(s) and reboot then turn back on and see if that clears it. Resetting network settings can help as well or even reset all settings.
I referenced that chart before posting. Clearly that is a legend for the Location Services menu, not the status bar.
In the status bar you either get a solid indicator when actively in use or the outlined indicator when in geofence type of use. To actually see what might be using the service you would have to go to the location services screen in settings and check on what app or system service might be using it.

I too had this (iPhone 6) and I checked the battery with Coconut Battery, which confirmed by battery was OK (still 88% capacity on a 2 ½ year old phone is pretty good, I think) and I had the same figures for "Usage" and "Standby", indicating 'something' was keeping the phone from properly sleeping.
First thing I did was a reset (Home and Power buttons).
Then when it came back on, as a test, I disabled Push email, then I went through location services and turned off anything I didn't really need to use a location "Always", then I disabled Siri (as I never used it) and I also (whilst I was at it) turned off a bunch of notifications for apps that I don't need notifications for.
Charged the phone up fully, and now, I see - again - a higher count under "standby" again than for "Usage".
Clearly, something was staying "alive" causing the batter drain. Now, battery life is back to where it was.
I now (of course...) need to try and experiment by maybe turning stuff back on, one by one, until it goes mad again.

Ye! I have a massive drain as well since upgrading to 10.3.2. I currently have a iPhone 6 and the battery life has been TERRIBLE especially with the 10.2.x and 10.3.x releases! Apple FIX this!
Do you guys think the problem is worse on the iPhone 7 due to the architecture of the A10 chips? It has 2 power cores, and 2 low-power cores. Maybe Apple's code is bad and the 2 power cores never really shut off in sleep mode?

Google iphone U2 IC chip failure and you will find a very possible cause for those many of us with rapid battery drain issues, and several other symptoms.
Why this hardware failure is not more well known is a different issue.
The cause is reported to be the use of cheap chargers, especially cheap car chargers.
