All seemed well at first but as i started checking my memory i noticed after a couple hours it keeps going down to around 50mb or so. I started uninstalling everything from cydia and it kept happening.

I haven't seen this from my unit, but my close friend's has been doing things like this.
We've both seen d substantial performance decrease, and I think I will be restoring my phone. It is not worth all this just for custom SMS tones

Ya I just restored myself as a new phone..

I'm sure a better jailbreak will come eventually without all the pixel issues and glitches, and by then I'll reconsider, but I'm against pirating apps and custom SMS tones is all i want. That and a Custom Carrier logo.. I always put the Nintendo logo up there!

Are you sure its not just backgrounded apps?

No issues here, but that doesn't mean there is a problem. I have seen instability in the mail program, but I can live with that for sbsettings.

The reason I ask is because 50mb is the lowest my iPhone 4 goes after opening lots of apps that have native backgrounding

i can reboot the phone , open no apps and it drops...

i can delete all tasked apps and it will still drop..
