I'm starting to get really frustrated with Apple Card.

I've had multiple transactions over the past month that I've tried to pay for, the merchant tells me the card declined. I call up AppleCard/GS and they tell me it went through, there was no fraud hold, but the merchant cancelled it (instantly), and that there is no problem with my account. After several calls back and forth, I end up having to use an alternative payment method because apparently AppleCard can't get their act together.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? I don't have this behavior with any other card. I just had it hit me again this afternoon and I'm fed up

Odd is it specific merchants? Online or in store?

Had mine since launch and haven’t seen any issues like this.

Had mine for over a year and never had a problem using the card at a merchant. I've swiped the physical card mostly at large businesses like supermarket chains and gas stations however. But I've also made some online purchases at smaller companies by manually entering the card number without problems.

Two different online stores .... what I find most frustrating is repeatedly calling Apple Card back and they tell me there is nothing wrong and it is going through, when clearly it isn't. One vendor kept saying address didn't match, but it did. Didn't matter if I used it online or called the vendor, I had to use a different card with both...
