I'm finding it extremely difficult to remove a USB device from my MBA USB port. At times I can't get a firm grip on the plug itself and I end up pulling on the cable b/c there's not enough room on the plug itself to remove it easily...

Anyone else having difficulty removing USB devices from MBA?

Nope, no problems here. Sometimes I can't plug a usb device in because it doesn't clear the bottom of the MBA case, but anything I can plug in is easily removed.
Is it possible that your device is actually pinching up against the case itself, and that's what causes the difficulty?

No, not pinching, since I don't want to scratch my MBA or the USB device. When I'm syncing my iPhone, connecting the SuperDrive or using my magicjack phone, I find that the USB connection is very tight and I have to use a firm grip and wiggle it off, rather than just pulling it off, and sometimes it slips out of my grip...
this is because mba get quite warm, and the usb connection is metal and expand a tiny bit so its harder to pull out.
