Since switching to the betas for iPadOS I've been having problems with my iPad Pro 12.9 M1 appearing in the Finder sidebar so it can be backed up. It's there sometimes, but most of the time it's not. My iPhone appears, so I know my MacBook Pro Max is working and is most likely not the problem.
I've tried rebooting, switching controls on/off/on again. I can connect to the iPad as a second display and control it without problem. It's just this stinking iPad. It works when connected with a USB C cable, and both machines are connected to the same WiFi network and are sitting right next to each other.
Anyone have suggestions for troubleshooting? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
