Anyone else into video games?

I was surprised I didn't see any video game threads here. Maybe you guys just aren't into gaming, I dunno.

Anyways, I'm huge on video games. Just bought Soul Calibur IV, Ninja Gaiden II, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Okami for Wii. I bought a few others, but their names escape me at the moment. God, I love my consoles. <3

I do love playing on my Xbox 360 but problem is that I get carried off with other stuff. I'm 70% making/ editing things most of the time on my computer and 20% making random videos, the 10% is really games, but that's usually at night. My live just expired yesterday

Video games are my life. Playing them, reading about them, listening to podcasts about them, thinking about them, doing technical designs for them, coding data structures from scratch for them... love it!!!!

i used to avidly play the Need For Speed games, but haven't touched one in ages - t be honest the last one was Porsche Unleashed (egads!!).

Once in a while I play chess online, or those cheesy battleship games, but for actual gaming? Not anymore..

I stopped gaming a while ago almost competely, the small games on my iTouch are working as "substitute drugs" to soften the fall.
I was so addicted to gaming that it really started to take a toll in my life. In last spring, I played through 16 PS2 & PSP games! Not small games, games like Kingdom Hearts & FF XII mostly. It was pretty much just work & play and that couldn't continue because of my also on-going studies at university, which I horribly neglected for a few months. I sold all my games and gaming gear as a last resort because just hiding them from sight didn't work. I cashed in a bit under 900€ so you can imagine how much I've spent for nothing over a few years
