Anyone else not seeing Garageband for their iPhone?

I have Garageband for my iPad, and while the app says it's iPhone compatible, I can't get it over to my iPhone for some reason... if I look it up on my phone it says I have to purchase it, but in iTunes, it says it's installed, but not on my iPhone...

Anyone else have this issue?
