anyone else not seeing tethering in beta4?

i go into settings> General > network,

and theres no tethering option. i know i cant tether untill ATT allows us.
but the button isnt there under the beta 4 i have.

Did you try resetting the network settings? If that didn't work, reset them then restart the phone.

So that gives you the option to Setup Tethering but does it actually work or is there a profile or something else that ATT needs to do?

It doesn't work.
