Grabbed it yesterday. It's a gesture based web browser called Motion. Why Safari doesn't have gesture controls is beyond me.
It really reminds me a Safari on Mac with the trackpad. Very cool, and only a buck.
If anyone here is looking for something different from a web browser, I can't recommend it enough.
Plus, you can't deny that it's got a good looking icon. Very fitting in iOS, which is nice to see.
