So I bought my iPhone 8 gig last tuesday (8 days ago) and the price drop sucks. The problem is...my iPhone is flawless...excellent battery life, beautiful screen, no scratches....and if I return the phone to get a new one I might end up with a bugged unit. My question is, can I walk in to an apple store, return the phone and buy it right back at the lower price? Or will they just refund my $200?

I called the apple store. they are refunding $200 to people who bought the iPhone within 14 days ago.

Even if you bought it less than a month ago. Go to the applestore and ask for your refund. Ask nicely and ask to talk to the manager.

Be really nice.

Remember, a jar of honey attracts more bees than a jar of something bitter.

Good luck

I posted about this, but I bought mine at AT&T store because it was a few miles closer. I'm still in 14 days, and they're just going to refund my $200, no restock fee, just by bringing in my receipt. I get to keep my current iPhone. No swap.

I thought the sales lady at AT&T told me 30 days to try it out when I bought it? Am I wrong on this since I see most of you posting 14 days? She did mention the 10% restocking fee though.
