Anyone else unable to sync?

I get the Message "The iPhone “Michael Legacy’s iPhone” could not be synced because the sync session failed to start." When I try and sync.

I'm on the official release of iOS 5 and have updated my iTunes as well. IDK what the hell is going on.

Any ideas?
