I reserved the 16GB and now think I want the 32GB. I wish Apple would allow you to upgrade your reservation when you went to the store.

I put alot of thought into this before I pre-ordered one....and then realizing that a single HD Movie takes up 4GB of space it was a no brainer to spend more money, unless of course you want to manage your movies all the time

i have a 16gb coming to me tomorrow from UPS but im still gonna get up in the morning and try to scoop up a 32GB from best buy and return my 16GB to the store

No need for a bigger one, I will use netflix to stream and rent movies, I don't normally buy them for home so I definitely won't be buying them for ipad so 16gb will be plenty for games and apps. If I really like the thing I will get the biggest one once the 2nd gen comes out.

I'm not a movies on the go person--I watch them at home. I also don't keep a huge selection of music on my iPod. My 16GB iPad is mainly for apps, web browsing, and email.

I went for the 16 but really think the 64 would have been better. Also after thinking about how I will use it I might even go for the 3g when that comes out and sell my 16 wi-fi

I have a feeling some iPad apps will get pretty large, and 16GB might not justify for just apps.

Remember, this isn't a phone. It's a computer.

I got the 64gb and I'm glad I did. My big decision was the 3G vs Wifi.... and of course I went Wifi which I'm hopeful was the right decision.

You miss out on GPS if you go Wifi.

Why I went 64/3G

Plus you never know when you need 3G one day.

As for me I put some good thought into it and went with the 32g model. I don't plan to have my entire library of stuff on it as there's no need. Got all my movies/music connected through a network already. And if I'm heading out, don't need 50 movies and stuff.

Having said that, if the option to upgrade to the 64g is there, I'm doing it. Came into a little extra cash. :)

I reserved a 32 gig, but I hope the Apple Store will let me get the 64 gig instead. Have a great night everyone!

Jeff

Yeah me too, I called the Apple Store and they said if I get there early enough they'll swap it out with one from the non-reserved inventory.

I'll be getting there super early!

If anyone around Orlando wants to sell me their 16gb or get me a 16gb tomorrow while they are at the store, I'll buy it from you and meet you wherever you like after noon - I have to work in the morning and won't be able to wait in line :(

i reserved a 16gb and want the 32 as well. the apple store im getting it from said i should be able to get the 32 but we will see what happens tomorrow. either way, the 16 prob will be good enough for me since i wont really watch movies.
