I've been having some peculiar hangs and some other developers have confirmed that some things that they don't yet understand have changed from Apple regarding the standard graphics / animation libraries. There have been some API calls from graphical support libraries that truly don't need to be happening, but yet they are. This is resulting in some odd hangs from various applications that have had to have some very simplistic and normal animations disabled.
Has anyone else noticed strange graphical issues where there are some application or system hangs experienced that may revolve around graphics or animations? I'd like to get some additional information together from others who might be experiencing this to see if we can nail down a common denominator.
