With headphones plugged in, I notice that when my computer starts up, the sound is perfectly silent. But when I open iTunes, and then press play to a song, all the sudden this light windy noise starts playing in my headphones. I thought it was the fan, but I tried listening in another room with headphones that had a long cord it and it was still there. It's not real loud, but I bought my mini for audio processing, so I really need clean audio. Any suggestions?

(I've been reading that a lot of people have been having audio issues with mavericks, so I wonder if this is maybe a bug)

-I have the i7 2.3 gHz 2012 Mac mini
