Anyone else's AT&T connection just die in San Francisco?

3GS shows full bars in downtown SF, but can't call out or use data (times out on everything). Tried rebooting phone, no joy.

On gtalk with two buddies, their 3G's aren't working either; one's near Montgomery and Sacramento, the other is out in the Mission.
