I haven't used it, but I understand how it works. It just seems to me like there is no real reason for it to be there other than to title a photo to someone. Just wanted to get other people's opinions.
 
I enabled it for a minute, then realized it took up too much precious real estate, switched it off!
 
When I tried it weeks ago they would never send with a subject field.

Edit: I would guess it's only for sending to email addresses.

I must be blind but what subject field is this?
 
The subject field is there because you can also send MMS to emails.

Don't other phones have it too when you send an MMS? I remember seeing it before...
 
The subject thing is there because it's been a feature of MMS right from the beginning. I don't even have a use for subjects on e-mails though :p
