Just updated to Mountain Lion and everything's good, except I find the animation of switching between desktops very slow, especially at the end of the animation. This is not necessary and quite annoying to me.
Anyone feel the same?
Anyone has any solution?

Yes I've noticed it too. I kind of like it anyway. Maybe it's part of one of the 200 new features? And perhaps Apple will give the user a chance to adjust it in the upcoming OS updates.

It indeed is more fluid and smoother, but it just stops me from doing things more quickly. That's why I don't like it:(

Yes i also felt the same thing. Also found a small/mino bug, When you open Calendar and Close it pressing on X button. It's shows indicator on the Dock that it's still open, but when you switch desktops that indication is fading.

Yes, experiencing this as well. It's very irritating to be honest. 2011 MacBook Pro.
