Me and the wife share the same apple id but have different icloud accounts. We both have an iphone and ipad. I have all the options checked, but some apps download to all devices while others only download to some devices or none at all. Is this a screw up on my part having seperate icloud accounts, or is apple still ironing out the bugs?

anyone get "automatic downloads" working right?

my automatic downloads works flawlessly (granted I'm not sharing any apple IDs). as i understand it your app downloads has nothing to do with your iCloud account and everything to do with your apple id being used to make purchases. the long and short of it is each person is supposed to have one apple id, you were never supposed to nor were you allowed to share an iTunes account.
Thats not accurate... lots of family's share an ID. Apple does allow it. Thanks for helping though...

In my iTunes setup I have it set to only download certain Apps based on the device. Example: My wife has QVC and I don't. I have Golf Apps and she does not. How's is your setup?

are you talking about when you plug into itunes? Im refering to a new feature, when you purchase a new app, it will automatically download over the air to all your other devices if you choose. Mine is working now. must of been a glitch with the initial setup.
