Anyone get SNES4iPhone to work on the iPad?

Nevermind, it works fine...just make sure you download a SNES ROM and not N64 like I did at first. :D
 
Probably a problem with that rom. I've gotten Super Mario World, Chrono Trigger, and FF6 to run and work perfectly. Now if the guy could make the N64 app work without lag then we would be in business.
 
Nevermind...the problem was that it was an N64 ROM, not SNES. It works great with SNES ROMs. Man this is so cool...this is the first emulator I have ever used. :D
 
Stupid question, but since you guys are here... Do you need to jailbreak your ipad/iphone to run this app?

Yeah Thats hot HX. Brings back good memories playing those classics. I still get a kick out of SMB and the Free men on world 3. :cool:
 
hello

i loaded it on my jailbroken ipad and then it downloads a .smc rom and when i run it the screen just stays black and doesnt load anything. Could someone please help? I would be very appreaciative.

I jailbroke my Ipad. I have Cydia and Installous Installed. I installed Rock and paid for NES4iPhone. I paid for SNES4iPhone off Cydia. I have researched as much as possible how to get it to work and I am still having problems.

It seems like the same thing is happening on both apps once I find and download a correct rom which is in .smc.

On the SNES4iPhone I load a .zip and it says.......... Loading Rom....failed

On the NES4iPhone I load and it stays black and doesnt load anything.

Please let me know if you think you can help me. I would be so appreciative.

Ah damn, I was hoping it wasn't that. I have NES on my iPhone and iPad, and have been told numerous times that it's possible to hook up a wii remote to them and play NES. I've asked about 5 times what to download and have been ignored everytime :(

I'd rather not get the SNES emulator as I already have plenty of ROMs for the NES, not super

I'm pretty sure it is btstack but I'm not sure how you would get it to work with the nes emulator everything I've seen shows it working with the snes emulator and n64 emulator.
 
hello

Can someone please help me? I have a jailbroken ipad and snes4iphone and nes4iphone and they both act the same way when i try to load a rom. I am trying to load .zips that I add thru the nes4iphone and snes4iphone add features. When I load them the screen either is black with just the controller desiplayed or it said failed to load rom...... Please help. I would do anything to get it to work for my little boy.
