Just curious as I ordered mine on the 6th of November and everyday I check it still says estimated shipping December 4th and estimated delivery December 11th. I have now mentally resigned myself to the fact that this will indeed be the date it arrives but just curious if anybody got a nice surprise with an earlier delivery?

BTW I ordered an iMac i7 standard and I live in the UK...sadly at the moment in the lake district, but thats another story

Wowser, you rolled +10 "Unlucky" for living in the lake district (It's a beautiful place, to its credit) I ordered my i7 quite a bit later than you and it shipped yesterday with estimated delivery on the 4th Dec. (Or the 1st Dec if you believe the email)

So your original tracking info estimated the 4th? are you in the UK? Should I start getting hopeful or just still resign myself to the fact I wont see it to early December??

Yes, I'm in Norfolk, UK. I haven't seen any movement on the shipping yet due to it being dispatched on Saturday but we might get a better idea tomorrow what the odds are of a prompt delivery.

If yours isn't dispatched tomorrow then I would get whinging at the support line. I don't really expect mine to arrive until December though.

I'm not in the UK but 'on the continent' (now totally cut off by fog from you guys). My iMac arrived 1 week earlier that promised, and I bought it on Nov 8.

My replacement, ordered on Friday Nov 20, is scheduled to arrive between Dec 2 and 7.

As a matter of fact, I'm starting to believe the later it ships the better - hopefully they're ironing out the issues from the initial 'production ramp'.
