Anyone get this bug?

A prompt I keep getting and it won't dissapear until restart.

"Turn On Location Services to Allow IMDb" to Determine Your Location".

Settings and Cancel button stay on lock-screen and after unlocking. Unusable until restart.

Yeah I restarted it many times to remedy it but just went to settings and allowed it to fix it for now. Meh.
