Strange! It said activated on phone, so I just replugged it back in, all normal.

If all was good after you plugged it back in, it may have just been a false error message. If you don't notice any problems with it, don't worry about it. If you do notice anything, you should take it to Apple and definitely mention this to them. Also, feel free to post about it here.

Ive never seen it with any of my iphones ever, just thought maybe someone else had. Seems to be working good as new.

Strange :)
