I'm surely not the only one who isn't getting artwork on all their computers/devices via iTunes Match. But is there anyone who IS?

I have 17,000 songs. The majority of them were matched or uploaded from my MacMini...some came from my MacBook. 90% of my tracks have album art, but I can't see all the art on either computer, and my iDevices have very little.

I've tried turning Match on and off. Doesn't seem to matter. I can get an album cover by downloading one of the tracks from the cloud, but I'm not about to do that for 2500 albums.

Anyone figure out a way to force iTunes to fetch existing album art?

I had this same issue with iTunes. I fixed it in iTunes by just selecting the first song in the album and selecting 'Get info'. For some reason, my art would then just appear.

I haven't figured out how to push that same art to my iOS devices though. My guess is it's just a bug with Match.

This seems to be a slow or inconsistent process. I have had Match for about 10 days now and album art is still showing up. It seems to be trying to sync only when you are using WiFi or have your Music App open. If you have a lot of album art and a slow connection it may take a while.

I have all of my correct art on all devices except 1 self-made compilation album where iTunes matched some songs inside but not others. I guess I was lucky, but I do read a lot of people with this problem.

According to Walt Mossberg's review of Match, Apple told him that they are aware of the issues around album art and are working on a fix.

Have all the artwork on my MacBook, none on my phone. I used to love seeing beautiful album artwork on my phone's awesome display.

for iOS devices it takes a while for the device to download and cache all the artwork. i left the Music app on my iPad open for 20 minutes or so under the album view and it snagged all the artwork by the time I came back.

loving this service so far. songs could start a bit quicker, but the matching service greatly exceeded my expectations.
