Other Anyone Going from 8 (NON-plus) to Xr?

I don't think the Xr is a downgrade in any way at all except 3D Touch?

Curious who's jumping from a regular, non-plus 8 to an Xr and why.

I’m going from a 6S to an XR but no I don’t think it’s a downgrade from the 8 - unless you value 3D Touch or touch ID above all else.

It will have better battery life, a better camera, bigger screen, face ID, faster processor...

Keeping my 8 as I just got it a bit over a month ago. Happy with my choice as I don't want a large phone, I have an iPad Pro for that. The Xs 5.8 is the only option if you don't want a large phone, but the extra cost isn't worth it for me. The 8 256gb with Applecare + cost almost 500 less.
