This is the sanest way.Check your state's BMV/DMV. Some states offer free bill of sale forms that conform to the requirements for that state.
Thanks...this one looked promising as an actual free one, but it is one of those that you have to sign up for it but you get a 'free' trial where they will charge you...I don't trust those but it seems like everyone seems to do thatDownload it!

Hmm, my experience was different. .
