Anyone have Call Forward issues?

I tried to set my Call Forwarding to the "on" position and the wheel just sits there and turns and turns and never activates. Does anyone have any suggestions.
 
GAV2 you were right, I called AT&T and they transfered me from the wireless side to the wired side and they fixed the problem. Thanks.
