Hello! Does anyone know whether a sprint/verizon iPhone X bought from Costco are carrier locked even if it's paid in full? Apple is telling me that any phones paid in full will come with the SIM card for that carrier but Sprint/Verizon phones are compatible with CDMA/GSM and will not be locked. However Costco is telling me a completely different story and it will be locked even if it is paid off in full. Anyone have any experience in purchasing an iPhone from Costco?

If it's a Verizon iPhone, it will be unlocked. I always purchase my iPhones from Costco.

Well #1 you can't buy a phone in full from Costco but yes it should be unlocked like any Verizon phone.

Verizon phones are never locked. It’s part of an agreement they made with the FCC.
Small detail that that only applies to Verizon LTE phones, but these days that's basically most of them.
