I was thinking of ordering an incase nylon sleeve for my 15" mbp - it is perfect for what i need, can be put in another bag and has straps to be carried alone. I was just wondering since I haven't actually seen them in a store, if the silver bag gets dirty easy. There is also a black and burnt orange online. I also heard that the green fuzz in the silver one rubs off....anyone have this problem?? thanks for any imput on these bags.

I'm sure I read a review saying that the zips can scratch the delicate MB surface and that Tucano was better in that respect? In the end I went for a small bag (Crumpler Crippy Duck end of line deal).

Try product review on apple.com web site.

Happy with mine

Bought the black with green for a black MB. I'm very happy with it. Found the careful zipper construction protects the surface. No issues with the green fuzz. Nice fit, nice padding. I'd recommend it. I also have an older model Incase bag for my G4 15" PB. It's silvery and a very similar material. Never had any dirt issues with that either. I've been very impressed with how that has held up. No fraying or anything.

i have the sleeve model (no straps or anything) for my 12" pb and it's fine, no problem with the inside green part or the zippers, but my laptop get used so zippers are the last worry of mine. it fits nicely inside of my swiss army backpack as well.

Doesn't the Incase have a inner liner for the zipper? For what it's worth, at least with the Tucanos, this is never really an issue....

I have the Incase sleeve, and it's pretty good...my only complaints are that it is a liiiiitle bit loose on the Macbook, especially lengthwise...also, the inner fabric is breaking away from the outer material, so it bunches up a little on the inside...still great protection though, and it's really nice-looking.

I have this same Incase nylon sleeve in black for my MacBook. It is a great sleeve. Slim, lightweight, great styling, has small pockets on either side, a small pouch inside (perfect for the remote) and my MacBook fits in it snuggly. Considering mine is black, it doesn't really show any stains and the zipper is separated from the MacBook by a padded nylon flap when you zip it up.

I just read your response after posting mine. Did you get the 13" sleeve or the 15" sleeve? I ask because my MacBook fits into my 13" sleeve rather snuggly.

I've been wondering that myself...the tag said it was 13", but I guess it could have pretty easily been switched from a 15" one...but I don't think it's loose enough to fit a 15", it's only a little too loose for the 13"...until I can find someone with a 15" MacBook Pro, I won't know for sure though.

edit: I did a quick measurement, and my sleeve is definitely smaller than the dimensions Incase gives for the 15" sleeve, so I guess I do have the 13"

I have the Incase Sleeve for my MB and I love it. It is protected from the zippers and now I can carry it around in my backpack to class without worry!

Only one thing though....CUT OUT THE INSIDE TAG! Just take some sissors and snip the threads holding the "Incase" tag on the inside of the sleeve to prevent accedental scratching
