Anyone have this sleep/wake issue?

Sometimes when I wake my Macbook Pro from sleep after updating to 10.8.2 my screen will go back to sleep again a half second later and I will need to press a key to wake it again. Very odd.

I have the same issue regarding the screen going black again half second later after it wakes up from the sleep. I have to manually wake the computer up again by pressing buttons. It is very annoying and feels like my mac is falling apart.

I have had my MBA 2012 for almost 3 months and so far not encountered this issue.

I had this after going from Lion to Mtn Lion. Was very buggy, slow, and crashy.

Just did a fresh install last weekend, and ML is now running like a dream. Did a clean install and copied files manually from backup image... No migration assistant and old pref files, etc.

Took a heck of a lot of work to get everything back to how I wanted it, but the clean install made my machine run like I expected it should!!

I also have this issue on my Macbook Pro, but only when its connected to an external monitor. It doesn't happen when its just the laptop itself.
