anyone having difficulty connecting to internet on ios 11

is anyone having trouble connecting to the internet with ios 11. ive tried rebooting and still no go. i cant connect to internet on the browser and there is no wifi icon in the top left. ive tried turning wifi on and off several times sometimes the wifi icon appears for a second then disappears.

There was something going on with my vpn. Even when it was off it would be tweaking out in vpn settings. I deleted my vpn and immediately iOS connected. Then I reinstalled my vpn and everything is working ok now. I’m not sure why but reinstalling my vpn fixed it.
