iPhone Anyone having issues backing up your JB phone on mac?

hi guys
I've noticed that it hangs or takes a super long time which it didn't do on the 9.0.2 JB but on the 9.3.3 it doesn't seem to be working or I've had some error messages I don't remb what exactly.
