Heres my scenario: I'll listen to some tunes get busy with something else and pause the music. Later that day I'll go to do something that requires volume, ie YouTube or a phone call, and my music will resume playing.

This JUST happened to be about 30 seconds ago, I was sitting at my desk and went to make a call and my music player starting playing the song where I had left it VERY loudly in a very quiet office/cubicle environment.

Anyone notice this? I'll probably end up recording a video of it happening later in the day.

Nothing in the headphone jack. No one has had this problem?

I've had this problem before with my old 3Gs. Music would play randomly, and it would always thing headphones where plugged in.

I found out it was a fualty headphone jack. Maybe yours does too.

Last week I turned on Bluetooth, which then connected with my truck, used the voice command to call my wife. As soon as it connected I started hearing music, but my wife couldn't hear it. Went to the Music app and it had indeed started playing. First and only time this has happened, iPhone 4 on iOS 5.01.
