Something strange happening to my iPhone 6 the last 2 days after updating to 9.2.1.

My apps (anyone, such as Mail, Phone, etc) start to "hang" for a while and become unresponsive to touch. Sometimes it takes 5-10 seconds for the app to respond to my touches again. Horrendous! I'm pretty sure I never encountered such a thing in 9.2 . anyone having same experiences? If not, I suppose I need to send my iPhone 6 for a checkup soon...

YES! Big, fat yes. This has probably been the first iOS update where I've wanted to downgrade back. I was wondering if my screen was dying, but it coincided with the 9.2.1 update.

Not only are apps completely unresponsive for the first few seconds, but scrolling is a horrible, jerky mess.

Seems like some people are experiencing something like this, while many others aren't. Has anyone tried the more typical restart the device, reset settings, restore the installation troubleshooting steps (in that order of things to try)?

I've done everything short of a full restore.

There is something else I forgot to mention. Touch ID also takes a lot longer. It takes 2-3 to register, where it took less than a second before.

They have to make the current touchid slower to bring in a noticably faster touchid in September.
