Anyone having problems installing apps?

i just downloaded apps that didn't get put onto my iphone from the back up. for some reason the air hockey one keeps showing a picture of the pacman app that i also have on my iphone. i tried downloaded it on my iphone and computer, but each time it installs it has a different cover for the app, istead of the hockey it takes a default of another app i already have.

why is this happening?

i even tried deleted the pac man and doing the air hockey one first and the picture on the icon is still of pacman lol. wth. and when i installed other apps before the covers were messed up,but i fixed those by just syncing with my computer and making sure i had those apps on my computer, but the air hockey one seems to be stubborn and wannna look like the pac man app. its funny has a pacman pic but says air hockey. im wondering if this is cause of the new push updates coming soon!

after today i deleted the app again, the restarted the phone then installed the app and now it shows correctly. im wondering why it happened though. also for some reason when i shut down my phone and turned it on it took such alon time on the apple logo so i had to do a hard reset and then it loaded normal time.
