I just got my 9.7 Smart Keyboard this morning and if I play a game for a while or close the iPad for a while the keyboard just stops working as if it's not even connected. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting it to no avail. The only thin that appears to work is restarting the entire iPad itself. I have had to do this 6 times today already. My wife got a Smart Keyboard as well and I am going to try hers for a while to see if it's the keyboard. However, when it stops working, even if I swap to hers it still doesn't start working. This makes me think it's something with the software or an app on my iPad causing issues.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I might have found a solution for anyone having this problem. Perform an iCloud backup of your iPad. Then do a reset and erase all data in settings. Then restore from said backup. Been working flawlessly since.

My keyboard every now and again doesn't register some keystrokes. Seems to be the space and "h" key. If I shut down and restart it is fine.
