From WhatTheFont (which rocks, by the way), the closest match seems to be a family called...erm....Butt Weasel.

It's not a perfect match... it looks fairly close, but it may also have been done by hand, or else it might be a post-processed version of that.

It's hand drawn, look at the L's and the O's -- each one is different.

i'd mess around with applying some brushes to text in illustrator.

if it were me (i like taking a hand-crafted approach to things) i'd get out some black paint and do some dry brush and scan it in. i enjoy that kinda thing though and if you are looking to do a lot of text that could be difficult.
