Anyone know about Rollover Mins?

I have the 1400mins plan, and i hardly ever use 500mins, so i have about 2000mins in my rollover.

if i lower my plan, do i loose all these mins?

Thanks guys

when you lower your plan, you retain rollover minutes only equal to the number of minutes in your new plan. for example, if you had a 1000 min plan with 5000 rollover minutes and decided to switch to a plan with 450 min, you'd only be able to keep 450 of your rollover minutes.

EDIT: i assumed this was for at&t. i have no idea how it works for t-mobile, verizon, sprint, etc.

Anyone know how the gophone rollover works? You dont have minutes essentially, but a balance that equates into minutes.

For example, the 29.99 plan gives you 200 minutes. Those minutes are billed at .15 each, so 200*.15 = $30.

So at the end of a month, say I have $25 balance left since I dont use the minutes much at all, have another phone with Tmobile that Im using for calls. Will I be billed 49.99 again (29.99+20 data) or will they apply that $25 balance to the 29.99 recurring charge?

Confused yet?

Your roll over minutes roll over for 12 months. Meaning that if you dont use the roll over minutes from August 2007 by the end of August 2008, you lose em. So its the same for all the months; if you dont use it one year prior to roll over, you dont get squat for it.
