Anyone know any good outgoing server names for mail on t-mobile

I have a 3g that I had jailbroken and now use with tmobile service. I can receive emails but I get error messages when I try to send. I've tried a few server names suggested by my internet provider and by tmobile and none have worked.

Does anyone know a good outgoing server thats generic that will work.
