Anyone know how to reset the Google FRP on Android Tablet?

I'm was going to use my Wife's Galaxy Tab S2 since mine is smaller and she has another one but it is tied to her email even after a factory reset. I need to reset the FRP so I can use my email and tie it to me.

I looked on YouTube but many are phones or older devices and they are horrible at explaining it. They just play music in the background and rush thru it which is not much help.
