Cancellations and Refunds
All fees and charges paid by you in relation to the Service are nonrefundable, except as otherwise stated herein. Apple shall refund the applicable fees paid by you upon initial online sign up or renewal of the Service provided Apple receives such refund request within forty-five (45) days of the billing date for any such fees. PLEASE NOTE: Boxed versions of the Service that are purchased through Apple Retail Stores, the Apple Online Store, or third party resellers must be activated within nine (9) months of the date of purchase and are not subject to the foregoing refund terms.
