iPad Anyone know of a similar folio before I pull the trigger on this one?

Need a folio that will accommodate my iPad along with a legal pad and some organization. I want something I can take from my desk to conference rooms to meet with clients without lugging around a bunch of BS. Need to have a note pad and I don't want my iPad to be built into it; I want to be able to slip it out so that only I can see and reference it.

Anyhow, here's what I'm looking at, thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Hey, thanks for the recommendation. I've had Sena cases in the past and loved them, but I'm looking for something that doesn't have the iPad built into it.
