This would be directly through Apple.

I have an Air 2 64gb that I am considering trading in on a new model. It's getting a bit old but still in perfect physical condition.

Use the Apple Store app. When logged in, scroll down to the “Shop by your device“ section, tap the iPad, then “Device details.”

i have the exact same ipad air 2 in silver. Apple.com gives poor trade in values, i appraised my Mini 5 on there, and it only worth $175.

I don’t think they’ve always been as bad as they are right now. Pretty sure they were offering £30 for my iPad 3 16GB cellular when I got my Mini 5 in April 2019, now they are only offering £155 for that Mini 5 64GB cellular. It was £170 not so long ago.
